Hong Kong wins prize for his spectacular national costume in Worldwide Mr. Gay 2010.

Each year the Delegates of Worldwide Mr. Gay show of their national pride and creativity with the display of their national costume.

This year it was Hong Kong that took home the prize and the top marks for his fabulous and extravagant national costume.

All the Delegates worked very hard to impress the judges, but no one was really in doubt that it was Rick Dean Twombley from Hong Kong who was going to win.  He was in a league of his own with startling garments and dramatic makeup.
