For WMG 2010 America can send up to 10 delegates to the finale in Oslo; South America 5, Central America and Caribbean 2 and North America 3. If any of the other areas fail to fill their quotas any area can make a claim to the Executive Committee in order to be able to send more that their original number of delegates.
