Mr. Gay World Ltd/Nuf (MGW) is a company registered in the European Union and Norway and is subject to European and Norwegian law. Although MGW is a worldwide organization the fiscal and judicial office is located in Norway.

MGW guarantees no minimum uptime and are not liable for economic or other losses if the site is not available. If an unlikely situation of downtime should occur advertisers will have their contractual agreement extended by the equal amount of downtime.

MGW does not guarantee that the site is free from error, either editorial or technical. MGW is not responsible for content on websites we link to or give information about.

MGW reserves the right not to print or publish any material (advertisement, photos from Delegates etc)that violate applicable law or considered to be offensive or against MGW policy, without any form of liability or prior notice.

The age limit for MGW competition is 19 years of age or the age of majority in the country of the delegate.

MGW recommends that all delegates should have a director or a local producer to support and advise them.

MGW assumes no responsibility for the events, situations or economic losses resulting from meetings or agreement on meetings or similar between delegates, sponsors, producers, directors or anyone else.
